Delivery
We ship from the Novosibirsk warehouse across Russia. The method and the carrier are agreed when the order is placed — we will suggest what is sensible for your volume and region. The manager confirms the exact time and cost when the order is confirmed.
Payment
We work with clinics, laboratories, and independent technicians. For companies and sole proprietors we supply against a contract and an invoice and provide closing documents. Regular customers can be offered deferred payment. The terms are agreed individually.
How to order
Build the order in the catalog or leave a request through the form. A manager will call, confirm sizes and quantities, check stock, and send an invoice.
